All fabrication by CRS Fabrications Ltd, with all fittings and profiling done in house for the connections, all floor plates profiled in house and folded in house.
Installed by CR steel Construction, with all acces from our own access equipment and lifting with our Kobelco City crane.
Our University of East Anglia fire escape is now coming to a close and finished before we break up.
It’s been 12 months in the scheduling due to restrictions with the Campus being changed and moved constantly.
But we got there and it is a really tight site with only 3.2m to fit the main stairs into between the building and bridge walkway.
But we like a challenge especially on a temporary staircase
The mezzanine floor was a Installed By CR Steel Construction for a Regular customer, the mezzanine was a final phase to a new Industrial unit in Oxford, we were Contracted to install the mezzanine with our own Access equipment ready for the Hollow rib decking to be installed by the client.
We have carried out numerous building extensions across the whole of the UK for repeat customers allowing them to quickly expand there buildings, this was in devon for a holiday let that needed a speedy build to be open for the summer holiday season, we had the drawings and manufactured the steelwork in house delivered and installed all within a 4 week time frame to allow the builders to finish the build.
This nice little frame is up and the cold roll is going on for Ellis Ridgewell down in London.

Full build for of 130T of structural steelwork and staircases for a student accommodation in Nottingham. The project was taken on at the start of COVID and we worked through stringent site rules to get the building erected to a tight timescale. All steelwork was manufactured in house and erected by our in house erectors. The accommodation was needed in a tight time frame as the building needed completing by the new University opening year, there was a 10 month build and fit out period after we had installed the steelwork, we completed the project during COVID and handed over in time for the Builder to complete the works within there project programme period.
